# Terms of Service

## Acceptance of Terms

Technology risk cannot be entirely eliminated.

## Payment Terms

All materials, documentation, and content provided by Ailerons IT Consulting remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ailerons IT Consulting shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
